The EmergeOrtho 5K is a celebration of our Girls on the Run, Heart & Sole, and STRIDE participants year end accomplishments! This fun and festive atmosphere brings us all together to celebrate friends, family and wellness! Proceeds from the YMCA's EmergeOrtho 5K help provide much needed scholarships to these programs. Over 40% of our Girls on the Run and STRIDE participants utilize financial assistance. Volunteers will be needed to assist with set up, tear down, water stations and other needs.
